Cookie Butter Iced Proffee
Proffee Episode 2 — Ep 1's concentrate-first technique now carries cookie butter and Biscoff. 210 cal / 22g protein per glass (1:9.5 protein-to-cal), 5-minute build. Whey blends into a hot coffee concentrate with a crushed Biscoff cookie, then ice + fat-free ultra-filtered milk + cookie-butter rim + whipped topping + a second Biscoff crumble finish.
You want Ep 1's concentrate-first iced protein coffee but flavored up — cookie butter on the rim, crushed Biscoff inside the concentrate for spice depth, whipped topping + a second Biscoff crumble on top. 210 cal / 22g protein per glass at a 1:9.5 protein-to-cal ratio (Ep 1 is 1:5 leaner but plain; Ep 2 is a dressed-up drink at an honest macro line). Ep 2 of Proffee. Same 5-minute build, same technique spine.

First sip: caramelized-spice cookie-butter rim hits before the coffee — Biscoff-forward, then coffee. Middle sips: blended concentrate carries the crushed Biscoff inside the drink for spice + a subtle cookie-crumb thickness. Finish: whipped topping + second Biscoff crumble adds visual dessert-drink identity. Not chalky, not clumpy — the whey dissolves into the hot concentrate before ice + milk go in. Should read as an iced-latte-crossed-with-Biscoff, not as a protein shake with a cookie in it.

Method
- 1CRUSH FIRST BISCOFF
Crush 1 Biscoff cookie into the bottom of a tall blending cup. This cookie goes INSIDE the concentrate for spice depth throughout the drink; the second cookie stays whole for the garnish at the end.
- 2ADD COFFEE + WHEY + SWEETENER
1/2 tbsp instant coffee, 1/2 serving unflavored whey isolate, and 2 tsp monk fruit sweetener into the blending cup with the crushed Biscoff.
- 3ADD HOT WATER
2 tbsp hot (NOT boiling) water. Start with 2 tbsp; add the third only if the concentrate needs help moving. Hot water pulls flavor from the crushed Biscoff and dissolves the coffee faster than cold; not-quite-boiling protects the whey from denaturing.
- 4BLEND SMOOTH
Submerge the immersion-blender head BEFORE turning it on (splatter control). Blend until the concentrate is smooth with zero visible protein clumps or Biscoff chunks. This is the Proffee-series technique differentiator — whey dissolves into the hot concentrate NOW, not into cold milk later.

RIM THE SERVING GLASS (recommended): Spread 1 tsp cookie butter around the rim of the SERVING glass while it's still empty — much cleaner than rimming a full drink. The filmed video builds the entire drink in one cup, which works but is harder to keep tidy. If following the video's one-cup method, rim carefully with the drink already in place.
- 6ADD ICE + MILK
Fill the rimmed serving glass with ice. Pour the concentrate over the ice, then add 1/2 cup Fairlife fat-free ultra-filtered milk. Fat-free is the macro-honesty pick — 2% pushes calories without adding protein.
- 7TOP WITH WHIPPED TOPPING
Add 1 tbsp sugar-free whipped topping in a swirl over the drink.
- 8GARNISH + SERVE
Crush the second Biscoff cookie over the whipped topping. Serve immediately — the whipped topping softens against the cold drink after 1-2 minutes.
Adult plate | Kid plate
Adult
Full recipe as written — 1 glass per adult at 210 cal / 22g protein. Adult-only because of caffeine.
Kid
Adult-only Powerup — this contains caffeine and is NOT a kid drink. Younger kids shouldn't have caffeine at all; older kids should get caffeine-free protein alternatives.
Three keys to success
- 1Blend whey into the HOT concentrate before adding ice or milk — Proffee-series spine, carries from Ep 1.
- 2Use hot but NOT boiling water. Boiling denatures whey and creates chalky texture. 2 tbsp is the target; add up to 1 more only if the concentrate isn't moving.
- 3Submerge the immersion-blender head BEFORE turning it on. Splatter control.

Storage and nutrition
Storage: Best served immediately. The blended concentrate (before ice + milk + toppings) can be refrigerated in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours — reblend briefly if it separates. Cookie butter rim + whipped topping + second Biscoff crumble go on AT SERVING TIME only — none of the finishes hold well pre-assembled.
Reheat: Don't — this is an iced drink. For a hot version, skip the ice and use warm (not boiling) milk over the hot concentrate. Skip the whipped topping and rim for a hot serve — neither holds against heat.
Lasts: Finished drink is best in the first 3-5 minutes. Whipped topping softens against the cold in 1-2 minutes; ice dilutes the flavor over 5-10 minutes. Concentrate alone (no ice/milk/toppings) holds 24 hours refrigerated.
