Method
- 1PREP
Chop Soules fajita beef into smaller pieces if needed. Slice chilies. Whisk eggs with a pinch of Redmond Real Salt.
- 2HEAT + BUILD
Medium heat pan. Add steak + chilies. Season with Dan-O's Crunchy. Cook 1–2 min — it's already cooked, just reheat + slight crisp.

Pour eggs evenly over steak. Do not stir. Cover the pan — this is key.
- 4ADD CHEESE
Sprinkle 1 oz Kraft fat-free cheddar evenly. Light hit of Dan-O's Crunchy on top.

Cover 1–2 min until eggs are set. Fold or leave open-face.
