Midnight Mix Creami
Chocolate protein ice cream with the 5g mix-in method.
You want chocolate ice cream that hits ~38g protein with real candy mix-ins — Oreos, M&M's, pretzels, chocolate chips — without blowing your macros. 5g of each. That's the system.

5g MIX-IN METHOD
Method
- 1BLEND
Add all base ingredients to Creami pint. Immersion blender until completely smooth. No clumps.
- 2FREEZE
Freeze flat for 12-16 hours. Uneven freeze = bad texture.
- 3FIRST SPIN
Select Lite Ice Cream or Regular Ice Cream.
- 4FIX TEXTURE
If powdery, re-spin — NO extra milk. Adding milk here ruins it.
- 5MIX-IN
Create a center well. Add all 4 mix-ins (5g each). Run Mix-In mode.
- 6EAT
Immediately. Don't refreeze.

Adult
Full recipe as written. The mix-ins are controlled at 5g each — that's ~80 cal total for all 4.
Kid
Same base works for kids. Let them pick their own 5g mix-ins — makes it fun without going overboard.
