SNICKERS Peanut Butter Cookie Creami
CrumblCreamiCut Week 4, Flavor 1 — powdered-peanut-butter protein Creami pint, peanut-caramel protein bar Respin, sugar-free chocolate drizzle, and chopped bar on top. ~370 cal / 53g protein whole pint — highest-protein CCC ep so far.
You want a SNICKERS-identity protein dessert that reads as Crumbl's SNICKERS Peanut Butter Cookie without the cookie's sugar hit. Ep. 10 of CrumblCreamiCut and the FIRST flavor of Week 4 — a fresh weekly start after Week 3's cocoa-forward trilogy (Mallow W3F1 → Dubai W3F2 → Red Velvet W3F3). Two series-firsts: (1) POWDERED PEANUT BUTTER in the pre-freeze base — the peanut-butter-cookie flavor carrier that also stacks ~5g protein on top of the whey isolate; (2) PROTEIN BAR (not brownie) as the Respin mix-in AND post-scoop topping — every prior CCC used a protein brownie for the Respin (Prime Bites Cookie Monster in W3F1 Mallow, red velvet brownie in W3F3, etc.); this ep swaps to a peanut-caramel PROTEIN BAR (Barebells Salty Peanut Caramel filmed) so the mix-in supplies caramel + chocolate + peanut identity as pre-formed chunks instead of fudgy brownie pockets. Highest-protein CCC pint so far — 53g whole pint vs the 47-48g range across Ep. 7-9, thanks to the protein-bar contribution stacking with the powdered peanut butter and standard whey base.

First spoon: creamy peanut-butter-cookie carrier from powdered peanut butter through the base. Middle: protein-bar pieces hit as chocolate-caramel-peanut pockets — pre-formed chunks, not fudgy paste. Top: sugar-free chocolate drizzle + more chopped protein bar delivers the SNICKERS payoff crunch and chocolate cue. Whole pint should read as a SNICKERS bar deconstructed into ice cream — peanut-butter base + caramel-chocolate-peanut pockets + chocolate drizzle + crunchy bar topping in one bowl.
Ingredients
CREAMI BASE (series standard)
POWDERED PEANUT BUTTER (blended in BEFORE freezing — the peanut-butter-cookie flavor carrier)
RESPIN MIX-IN (added AFTER first spin)
POST-SCOOP TOPPINGS (added after scooping)
Method
- 1POUR MILK
Add 1 cup Fairlife 2% ultra-filtered milk to a Creami pint (or blending vessel).
- 2ADD SWEETENER
2 tbsp monk fruit / erythritol sweetener.
- 3ADD WHEY ISOLATE
1 serving unflavored whey isolate.
- 4ADD GUAR GUM
1/8 tsp guar gum, LEVEL measure. Heaped = gummy.
- 5ADD SALT
1 pinch salt.
- 6ADD POWDERED PEANUT BUTTER
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (PB2, PBfit, or any brand). Series-first — no prior CCC episode used powdered peanut butter in the base. Powdered PB carries the peanut-butter-cookie flavor through the whole pint and stacks ~5g protein on top of the whey isolate.
- 7BLEND SMOOTH
Immersion blender until completely smooth. Zero lumps of powdered PB, uniform light-tan color from the peanut butter.
- 8POUR + FREEZE (24 HR)
Transfer to a Creami pint if you didn't build in the pint. Freeze upright and level for a full 24 hours. Do not exceed the max-fill line.
- 9REST 5 MIN + FIRST SPIN
Pull the pint from the freezer, rest at ROOM TEMPERATURE for 5 minutes — NO hot-water bath. Process on Regular Ice Cream, NOT Lite. The first spin may look grainy; expected because the Respin (with protein-bar pieces) finishes the texture.
- 10CHOP PROTEIN BAR
Chop 1/2 of a peanut-caramel protein bar into small pieces (~1/4 inch cubes) — half becomes the Respin mix-in, half becomes the post-scoop topping. Barebells Salty Peanut Caramel is filmed; any comparable peanut-caramel protein bar works (verify the current package for peanut / soy / dairy allergens).
- 11ADD MIX-IN + RESPIN
Poke 1/4 of the chopped protein-bar pieces (half of what you chopped) into the surface of the first-spin pint (better distribution than piling on top). Run one Respin cycle WITHOUT adding liquid. Respin distributes the bar pieces AND finishes the grainy texture from the first spin. Series-first: this is the first CCC ep to use a protein BAR (not a protein brownie) as the Respin mix-in — the pre-formed caramel/chocolate/peanut chunks are what supply the SNICKERS identity in the pockets.
- 12SCOOP
Scoop the finished pint into a bowl. Creamy peanut-butter-cookie base with visible protein-bar pieces pulled through.
- 13CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE
Drizzle sugar-free chocolate syrup over the scoops to taste. Any brand works — chocolate syrup is intentionally brand-agnostic. Post-scoop only; don't try to Respin it in.
- 14BAR TOPPING + SERVE
Scatter the remaining 1/4 of chopped protein bar over the top. Serve immediately — the bar topping stays crunchy against the creamy Creami, which is the SNICKERS payoff. Whole pint = 1 serving at ~370 cal / 53g protein.
Adult plate | Kid plate
Adult
Full recipe as written — whole pint = 1 adult serving at ~370 cal / 53g protein. Highest-protein Creami in the CrumblCreamiCut series so far.
Kid
Same base works as a smaller portion. Kids typically split a pint 2-3 ways vs the whole-pint-per-adult default. Skip the sugar-free chocolate drizzle if the kid isn't into it, and cut the crunchy bar topping smaller (or skip it) for kids who can't chew hard bar pieces yet. Verify the protein-bar package for peanut / soy / dairy allergens before serving to kids — most peanut-caramel protein bars contain all three.
Three keys to success
- 1Standard base is series infrastructure — Fairlife 2%, not fat-free. Some milk fat is intentional for texture.
- 2Level 1/8 tsp guar gum. Heaped = gummy.
- 31 tbsp powdered peanut butter — series-first. Goes in the base pre-freeze, not the topping. Any brand of powdered PB works (PB2, PBfit, TrueNut, etc.) — the ~5g protein stack is what pushes the pint headline to 53g total.

Storage and nutrition
Storage: Store the frozen pint upright and level in the freezer for up to 1 week pre-spin. Batch the chopped protein-bar pieces ahead if desired (store in a small container at room temp — bars don't need to freeze).
Reheat: N/A — serve immediately after Respin + drizzle + topping. Bar-topping crunch is best in the first 2-3 minutes; softens as the Creami sits.
Lasts: Frozen pint (pre-spin) keeps 1 week. Chopped protein bar keeps at room temp per the bar's package guidance. Spun Creami keeps its texture for a few minutes; add the chocolate drizzle + bar topping LAST and eat within 2-3 minutes for peak crunch on the topping.
