Split Plate Berry Power-Up Snack Box
Snack Box Series Ep. 3 — no-cook kid snack with protein, fruit, cheese, and crunch. Beef stick + blueberries + Babybel + 28g pistachios. About 360 cal / 20g protein per box.

- 5PISTACHIOS
Measure 28g edible kernels after removing the shells (~1/4 cup). Add to the final compartment. Omit whole nuts for children under 4; see notes.
- 6LID + CHILL
Snap lid on. Refrigerate or pack with an ice pack until snack time. Serve chilled — Babybel and blueberries are best cold.

Storage and nutrition
Storage: Refrigerate covered snack boxes, or pack with an ice pack for lunchbox use.
Reheat: Don't — serve chilled. Cold Babybel + cold blueberries is the whole texture play.
Lasts: Best same day — blueberries stay crisp cold. Beyond a day, they can start to release moisture into other compartments.
