Chipotle Chicken Quesadillas
Same chicken base, two builds. Adults get crispy carb-balance quesadillas with fajita veg and chipotle sauce. Kids get soft street taco tortillas with melted cheese and Primal Kitchen Special Sauce. Same cook window, zero complaints.
You want crispy quesadillas for adults and soft melty street tacos for kids — from the same chicken. Two sauces make it two different meals without cooking twice.

Three keys to success
- 1Simmer broth until just reduced — filling should be coated, not swimming.
