Method
- 1SEASON THE WINGS
Coat the wings evenly with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tbsp baking powder per pound. Baking powder helps the skin brown; do not substitute baking soda.
- 2BAKE ON A RACK
Arrange the wings in one layer on a wire rack over a baking tray. Bake at 450°F for 45 minutes, flip, then bake another 45 minutes. This is the creator's method; ovens and wing sizes vary. Check that the thickest meat reaches 165°F without touching bone, and adjust the time as needed.
- 3MAKE THE FAMILY FINISHES
For the adult plate, toss four wings with Kinder's Buffalo and four with Melinda's Ghost Pepper, or sauce to taste. For the kids' portion, mix butter with bottled Parmesan Garlic sauce. Amounts were not measured; add gradually to taste.

BLEND THE BLUE-CHEESE DRESSING: Blend the cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice and seasoning. Pulse in most of the blue cheese, then fold in the rest and the chives. Chill 10–15 minutes. This makes eight dressing portions.
- 5SERVE
Add carrots and celery. Use one-eighth of the dressing batch for the pictured adult plate; serve other family portions to appetite. The approximate macros below do not apply to the kids' portions.
Three keys to success
- 1Use baking powder, not baking soda, and keep the ratio at 1 tsp salt plus 1/2 tbsp baking powder per pound of wings.
- 2450°F for 45 minutes per side is the creator's method, not a universal guarantee. Verify 165°F in the thickest meat without touching bone; cooking time varies.
- 3Do not imply that the internal temperature was measured in the video.

Storage and nutrition
Storage: Refrigerate leftover cooked wings and dressing promptly in separate covered containers. Follow ingredient package guidance and local food-safety recommendations for storage times.
Reheat: Reheat wings in an oven or air fryer until hot throughout, watching closely so the skin does not over-brown. Reheat sauce separately if needed and use fresh vegetables.
Lasts: The package does not specify a tested storage duration; follow current food-safety guidance and discard leftovers that have been left out too long.
